SERVICE RATES 2024

TUNE-UP: Includes disassemble of machine to the point to affect a good cleaning, lubrication, test and basic adjustments. 

Parts are extra and installation may require additional labor.

A. Mechanical machines start at $89.95.

B. Computer machines with less than 8.5” to the right of the needle start at $99.95.

C. Extended bed machines have 8.5” or more to the right of the needle and start at $109.95 

(computer and mechanical).

D. Mechanical sergers start at $138.95.

E. Computerized sergers start at 179.95

F. Bernina models that sew 9mm wide, have an automatic cutter and dual feed are charged 2.5 hours.

   Service starts at $245.00

G. Tune-up Plus is the service needed for those machines that require excessive work such as

    rust removal and deep cleaning. 

Tune-up and add $98.00 per hour for additional time. 

H. Frozen machines where three hours or more are needed start at $294.00.

    A one hour deposit is required on all frozen machines). 

I. Embroidery Module Tune up is $98.00 + parts.

OTHER SERVICES

J. Major parts replacement, mechanical and electrical system repairs are charged at an additional hourly rate 

   of $98.00 per hour.

K. Electronic Diagnostic is charged at the rate of $98.00 per hour and a one-hour deposit is required. 

    At the end of the diagnostic an estimate will be provided. 

         The deposit can be applied to the final repair charges if the estimate is approved and machine is

    on hand within 10 days of completion of the estimate. 

As the price of materials needed to perform the services above increases so will the labor rates. 

Please plan for 15% annual increases.
