We sell household machines for household use (sewing machines and sergers). The machines we carry are available to purchase while you are at our store or by phone with in-store pick-up. In-stock machines can be received the same day. All others will be ordered and you will be notified when your order is ready. If you are entitled to free instruction, then pick-up and lesson time can be scheduled together.
With each new elna, BERNINA, and Necchi sewing machine purchase made, you get one year free service & one free tune-up (excludes sergers). We follow each manufacturer's service allowance for sergers. It is ok to follow your book and perform mini tune-ups, but if you try to repair your new machine on your own then your free service period is terminated by the manufacturer. A tune-up is currently valued at $89.95- $149.45
With each in-store purchase of a new elna, BERNINA, Necchi, and select Juki and Singer sewing machines you are entitled to free instruction on machine operations. This includes the new serger you buy from us. Call to schedule an appointment for a one-on-one lesson. We schedule one hour at a time. The average request is two lessons but more time may be scheduled, as needed. Each hour is valued at $79.00. The value of two lessons is $158.00
Minimum Total Value of free services $247.95
Mechanical Singer models have 90 days labor warranty.
Computerized Singer models have one year labor warranty.
Juki household machines do not have a free service period from the manufacturer. With that in mind, we are happy to assist and you may not be charged for service the first 90 days from date of purchase depending on the need.
*NOT AVAILABLE FOR INTERNET SALES thru a dealer website are all BERNINA branded machines and most Bernina products. Bernina product that is for sale via the internet can be purchased from us thru the bernina.com website. Fill your shopping cart and during check-out you are asked to select your dealer. It is that simple!
We know that some Bernina promotions end on Mondays when we are closed. For those of us who cannot make a decision until the last minute the bernina.com shopping is the only way to go so you do not miss the special pricing.

However, at the time of purchase of your new machine, you will receive the manufacture's sale price for the duration of the sale.
